By creating a shop on Tawana, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
- Tawana provides tools to build and run an online shop
- You are the seller of record for all transactions
- You are fully responsible for your business operations
2. Merchant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
- Honour all confirmed orders
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain customer service standards
3. Orders & Fulfilment
- You are responsible for order processing and delivery
- You must update order status accurately
- Failure to fulfil orders may result in penalties or suspension
4. Payments
- You may use supported payment providers or your own methods
- Tawana may process or facilitate payments where applicable
- You are responsible for fees, taxes, and compliance
5. Fees & Subscriptions
- Tawana may charge subscription fees or commissions
- Fees are subject to change with notice
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access
6. Platform Usage
- You must not sell prohibited or illegal goods
- You must not misuse platform features
- You must not attempt to bypass Tawana systems
7. Data & Content
- You retain ownership of your product data
- You grant Tawana the right to display and distribute your content
- Tawana may generate previews, feeds, or marketing content from your data
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraud or abuse
- You fail to meet platform standards
9. Liability
You agree that Tawana is not liable for:
- Loss of sales or revenue
- Customer disputes
- Service interruptions
10. Platform Changes
- Tawana may update features at any time
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
11. Compliance
- You are responsible for taxes, VAT, GST and legal obligations
- Tawana is not a financial institution
